Japanese speaking Procurement Administrator�- What You'll be Doing:

• Proceed order using SAP and comply with authority's document preservation rule. ?


• Build up the system for managing the appropriate raw material safety stock level for each products leasing with toll blender and raw material supplier based on the latest customer forecast.?


• Plan the most cost effective purchasing plan with supplier including Japanese HQ while ensuring safety stock in blender.?


• Develop positive relationships with blenders and raw material suppliers conclude the contracts/agreement with them?

Japanese speaking Procurement Administrator�- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills in Japanese and English?


• Previous experience in using SAP system


• Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role?


• Expert understanding of incoterms and import / export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods / shipments clearance?
