Position: Japanese Speaking Office Administrator
Salary: £30K / year
Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK
Working Condition: Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-16:00
※Remote work is possible 1-2 days a week.
Language: Business level of English and Japanese
Responsibilities:
Admin Duties:
* Office management and purchasing supplies (office supplies and materials needed for development)
* Arranging maintenance and repairs
* Document creation, storage, and organization
* Data analysis
* Attending and reporting on various seminars
* Creating and managing contracts with business partners
* Managing lease and insurance contracts
HR and Labor Management:
* Attendance management
* Travel arrangements
Accounting:
* Managing payments and data entry
* Making payments to banks
* Coordination with accounting firms
Qualifications:
* Ability to work in the office 3-4 days a week
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
* Flexibility to support employees' tasks
* Strong skills in document creation and data organization (preferred)
* Experience in general affairs, HR, or accounting (preferred)
* Must have a visa that allows working in the UK without sponsorship (applications from holders of YMS visas or student visas will not be accepted)
