Title:IT Infrastructure Engineer(JAPANESE speaking) This is a hybrid working format, with two days at home and three days in the officeWorking hours:35 hours per weekSkills you need: English & Japanese, 2nd line technical support experienceStart date: ASAP Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer - what you will be doing:
IT Infrastructure related project Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the project in HQ (in Japanese) Communicate and coordinate with the user in each office (in English) Provide support to end users during system deployment/migration(User manual, user training) Global User Support Act as 2nd/3rdline support for IT infrastructure related enquiries and incidents. Escalate the incidents to the appropriate vendors. Incident management with the ticketing system.
Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer -Requirements:
Proficient in English & Japanese language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking). Previous 2nd line technical support experience in a corporate environment. Basic network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, proxy, firewall, switching, routing and WiFi) Basic operation system knowledge (e.g. Windows10, Windows server, Azure)
