Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, Linux) - Responsibilities:
Operation, maintenance and troubleshoot Linux/Windows server, NW switch and Firewall. Operation, maintenance and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and its security. User administrative work (account management, group management, etc.). Witnessing installation servers, NW devices by HW vendor at a datacentre in London Supporting users, troubleshooting issues and contacting to hardware/software vendor. Document operational procedures, manual creation, user announcement and internal applications. Project works along with providing implementation and testing, and creating the related resources such as script, document, parameter sheet and formulation of test plan. Any ad-hoc duties
Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, Linux) - Requirements:
Japanese mother tongue level and English business level Experience of user support at IT helpdesk. Experience of Linux (RedHat)/Windows server management/operation. Experience of AWS (EC2, RDS databases, VCPs, S3 buckets and more) Understanding of general networking technologies and protocols. Manage and maintain AWS resources, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, VPCs, S3 buckets, and more.
