Not only is The Wellington Hospital the largest private hospital in the UK, but we’re also home to the UK’s largest private critical care unit – fully equipped with the latest technology to provide specialist care to level 2 and 3 patientsAs ITU Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the department alongside the supervision of the Intensive Care Matron and will be responsible of the deployment, overseeing, and mentorship of personnel within the clinical area, supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership.The post holder will also be responsible for budgeting and ensuring patient safety and an exceptional patient experience within the unit, all while adhering to clinical governance and CQC guidelines and standards.
