Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor  - Office based in Preston PR1 - Permanent full time contract 
 
Salary: £23,308 plus monthly bonus opportunities

Centric Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor on behalf of one of our clients, who are a leading Financial and Customer Care outsourcing partner.
Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor - The Role & Responsibilities
This role is customer service focussed and will involve: 
  • Contacting global telecoms customers to secure payments for overdue invoices for telecommunications, these will be warm customers who are based in Italy.
  • Communication via email and telephone 
  • This is a business-to-business role dealing with large international businesses.
In this role, associates must deliver an effortless customer experience by liaising with internal business partners and resolving complex account issues to positively impact customer payment behaviour.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to operate around three key dimensions:
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer calls, emails, and accounts work.
  • Consistently exceed individual KPIs and contribute positively towards overall team performance.
  • Respond to change positively and assist Management to identify improvement opportunities & continuous development.
The role will require, but is not limited to: 
  • End-to-End Account Management
  • Communicating effectively to secure payment commitments and monitor payment receipts from customers.
  • Manage all customer requests for paperwork related to their account.
  • Payment or credit allocations and/or refund eligibility
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to internal and external Global Telecoms Client customers.
Customer Service Advisor - Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. However, the potion to condense hours into a 4-day work week is also available. Please note - this is a fully office-based position.

Shift Patterns:
  • Monday – Friday 37.5 hour per week
Days (37.5 hours per week) on a rota (8am-430/9am – 530)
Customer Service Advisor - Skills, Experience & Attributes

What is our client looking for?
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service/collections/credit control environment is preferable.
  • Must have previous contact Centre Experience
  • Fluent Italian both verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong English language skills (All training and internal communications)
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Negotiation skills & conflict resolution an advantage
  • Due to the nature of the role successful candidates must be free of CCJs or Adverse credit.
