Job DescriptionJob Title: IT TrainerLocation: NottinghamSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annumA large institution in the education sector are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join. The IT trainer will enable colleagues to leverage the technical estate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive training programs and materials covering a range of IT topics, including but not limited to software applications (MS office suite), digital literacy, cybersecurity, and IT best practices.Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions.Liaise with support functions to identify training needs that will create meaningful impacts.Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.Requirements:Proven experience in delivering IT training, preferably within the education sector.Expertise in a wide range of IT tools and platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as education specific applications.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.Strong interpersonal, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage non-technical audiencesThe successful candidate will have to undergo appropriate background checks.
