IT System Support Engineer - Hemel Hempstead - £40K-£50K (DOE)

The role is based out of their data centre in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working opportunities.

Key Skills required:

• Windows Server 2022/2019 administration
• Office 365 suite administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online / Hybrid environments)
• Azure infrastructure management, Active Directory, Entra ID
• Intune mobile device management and configuration
• Group Policy
• Good networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS etc.)
• Storage and Backup solutions e.g. Veeam, Commvault
• Good understanding on ITIL practices

Here you'll be joining a close-knit IT Infrastructure team providing 3^rd line support to the global IT Service Delivery team, supporting a range of modern technologies in the Microsoft product suite, as well as other industry-specific solutions.

It would be advantageous if the ideal IT System Support Engineer has additional Linux exposure.
