solutions that delight users andstakeholdersExperience building IT roadmaps and strategiesthat improve capabilities and information security Strongtechnical skills including IT infrastructure, networking and security,with experience in both Microsoft Azure for IT and Amazon Web ServicesExpertise at enabling company wide data processes, includingthe correct handling of customer data following GDPR regulations andbest practicesPrevious experience with common internaltechnology platforms such as HubSpot, SalesForce, Financial Force is aplusPrevious background with data engineering such asreporting, analytics and data warehousingExperienceensuring cloud best practices and operational efficiency of clouddeployed productsExperience setting and maintain ITbusiness processes across the business and managing IT budgetsincluding subscriptions and capex spendExperience both withinternal IT and cloud platform operationsRelevantcertifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or specific ofITInternal Infrastructure Management:Manage with the support of the IT Manager all aspects of internal ITincluding hardware, infrastructure and user supportInternal Systems Management : installation,management and maintenance of internal systems, including ERP, HR, CRMfor go to market teamsAcquisition IT Integration: Integration of acquired businesses from an ITinfrastructure perspectiveProduct InfrastructureManagement: Ensure well architected and resilient solutionsfor external products and robust backup and recovery approachesalongside development and product teamsCyberSecurity: Implement information security tools and processesto ensure the security of company data, systems and networks, and ownthe security stance of the company in terms of both ensuringcompliance with regulations and helping sales teams with highlightingour credentials in this sphere to support sales effortsData Compliance: Own data protection controls acrossall teams for both internal users and customer data, including GDPRcompliance, DPIA responses, and other relevant global data protectioncompliancesData Engineering:Responsibility for the operation, security and availabilityof data pipelines and data warehouse alongside the data engineer andbusiness intelligence teamBudget Management:Plan and forecast both recurring and one-off costs for IToperational and capex investments, and needed resources to implementthe agreed strategic plansProject Management: Lead IT transformation and company integration projects frominception to completion IT Processes:Create, own and test BCP, DRP, AUP, IT Certification andother relevant processesLeadership :Lead and mentor members of the IT and systems team, including trainingand management, whilst communicating effectively with otherstakeholders within the businessIT Innovation: provide capacity and input to enable both personal and teaminnovation, staying up to date on emerging technologies
