IT Support Engineer
Contract, until December 2024, £250-£300pd, outside IR35, hybrid (2/3 days onsite in Somerset)
We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join one of our key clients based in Somerset. The role will be supporting the roll out of Windows 11 to all user devices across the organisation, also supporting ongoing maintenance, upgrades and development.
You will be responsible for providing user familiarisation with Windows 11, carrying out on-site and remote technical support to end users of Windows 11.
The candidate should use ITIL based processes to deal with incidents and service requests, and be able to support a wide range of end users.
Requirements:
Significant experience supporting end users with Windows 11
Experience across a range of technologies (e.g. M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience working on rollouts, upgrades, maintenance projects
Strong communication skills with a varied range of stakeholders
