Job Description
IT Support Engineer – Permanent – hybrid – £41,000 to £47,000 plus benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading organisation.
This is a standalone role where you will manage a cloud & on-prem environment and provide 3rd level support to circa 200 users.
What you will be doing:
Ensure the IT infrastructure (servers, networking and associated services) is effectively implemented, administered, secured, and maintained.
Support with 3rd level activity and resolve incidents and issues escalated by the service desk team.
Support with projects and operate as the Infrastructure SME
What they are looking for:
Previous experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer at a 3rd line level
Experience with Azure as well as on premise environments
Great communication & team working skills
Exposure to security would be advantages but not essential
