Due to ongoing success and growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team in an IT Support Engineer position. The opportunity is to work for a growing law firm in Bristol!
The Role:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Provide best practice recommendations
Create and update support tickets
Maintain internal IT systems using SQL
Handle escalated issues from 1st/2nd line Support team via ticketing system & MS Teams alerts.
Liaise with other team members on any support issues and escalate as appropriate to the appropriate colleague.
Liaise with key infrastructure suppliers to resolve issues as required
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience with the following:
An understanding or support experience of Azure, SQL, or Office 365
Be technically curious, with the ability to learn new technologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Proactively determine areas requiring additional monitoring, upgrade or maintenance.
The Package:
Basic salary: up to £37,000
