IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line
Are you an IT 2nd Line Engineer looking for a new position? If so, please read on!
Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for an IT 2nd Line Engineer for a leading company based in Manchester. The role will predominantly be homebased, but you must be able to drive in case you are asked to attend any site visits.
As a 2nd Line Engineer you will be the escalation point for the day to day support and maintenance of the end user desktop, virtual server environment and all ICT Systems. You will also be the technical escalation point for the IT Service Desk.
To be successful, you need to have skills in the following:
Technical changes, installations, upgrades and migrations
Experience of supporting Citrix
Knowledge of AD
Microsoft Windows 2012 – 2019
Experience in supporting Office 365
Understanding of Virtualisation
This role will allow you to be involved with BAU as well as project work.
