What you will achieve in the role
You would also contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base and internal documentation of solutions to frequently encountered problems.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a keen interest in IT support, who is enthusiastic and willing to learn. The role requires problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues raised by end users.
