Calling all aspiring IT Support Technicians, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with a leading accountant organisation to hire their next IT Support Apprentice!
They provide a wide range of specialist IT services to businesses such as hardware support, software, cloud services, security, WiFi sytems, backups and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Theyare partnered with many platforms to provide the best services, including Microsoft Silver Partners, Dell Enterprise Partners, HP Enterprise Partners, ESET Silver Partners to name a few!
As an IT apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for working on a frontline helpdesk, configure a wide range of hardware, escalating tickets and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential!
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Support desktop and laptop users working in a windows domain environment
Configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices ready for on-site installation
Provide first line support via a help-desk ticketing system and first line telephone support system
Ticket assignment and escalation
Process software subscription renewals
Participate in various projects covering areas such as security, communications, migrations, Office 365 subscriptions, Office 365 Exchange and Azure Service
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
Salary - £12,480 - £22,308 (National Min Wage for Age)
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
Be able to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Have an eye for detail
Be able to demonstrate your initiative to solve problems
Be flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Grade 4/C Math's GCSE & English 5/C GCSE
