As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to the business and its clients.
As an
IT Support Analyst , you are there to provide high quality
support
to employees in the UK and Channel Island offices as well as to clients using the company's online and mobile apps.
The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.
This role will include an element of supplier liaison in areas such as managed printer services, support request escalation to third party vendors and obtaining quotes for purchases.

Role is paying
£35,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
????The offices are based in London City, and you will work a hybrid model with 2/3 days per week in the office. Closest Stations include Liverpool Street, Bank, Moorgate.
???? For the first 6 months, you will be in the office full time as you get to know the business and how it all works, then you will move to a hybrid way of working.
Essential Technical Requirements:
Strong skills and demonstrable experience in using and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products.
Basic knowledge and understanding of networking concepts.
Knowledge of Apple iOS devices.
CompTIA A+ or MCDST Certifications.
Desirable Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of information security concepts and risks.
Experience using endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft InTune.
ITIL v3 Foundation qualification and working familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
Experience with an IT Service Management tool such as Service Now, JIRA or Ivanti.
Responsibilities
:
Receive and handle email, telephone and walk-up requests for service, from internal and external customers, following agreed procedures.
Prioritise, diagnose, and resolve Incidents according to agreed procedures.
Fulfil Service Requests following documented processes and procedures.
Perform security administration tasks, including providing access to IT resources.
Complete IT daily checks.
Write and update technical and process documentation.
Build new laptop and desktop workstations.
Carryout IT desktop computer deployments and moves.
Manage the stock levels and of IT consumable items and order replacement items as required.
Contribute to projects and changes as instructed by manager.
Providing other assistance as required by the IT Service Delivery Manager.
