Meraki Talent is looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst for an industry leading media and production company. They are currently experiencing a considerable period of growth and looking to expand for additional support within their IT function.
They are looking to employ an IT Support Analyst to join the team and provide technical support to internal users IT users. They are looking for someone with strong experience providing IT Support within Microsoft suite of products and ideally Apple -coupled with strong communication and organisation skills.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line)
Provide excellent technical support to users through various forms of communication tools
Promptly address Service Desk tickets, giving priority to urgent requests
Collaborate with senior team members to tackle complex issues effectively
Address security incidents by investigating and responding promptly
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the support journey
Experience of the IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line)
Experience in IT Support positions – up to 2nd line level
Strong understanding in Microsoft suite of products
Understanding of Apple and IOS operating systems desirable
Networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
Strong communication skills and ability to provide solutions in a professional and organised manner
