IT Service Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Manager to join an amazing charity and assist the delivery of their technology services. The IT Service Manager will be expected to go to the Vauxhall, London offices once a week. In this role, you will have experience managing teams, with hands on experience using ServiceNow and ITSM and proven experience of incident and problem management. It is essential within this position to be ITIL4 Certified. As the IT Service Manager you will be expected to engage with a wide variety of senior stakeholders as well as third parties, so being a confident communicator is key.
