now looking for a dynamic
IT Service Manager
who thrives in the fast-paced world of IT, who wants to take ownership of solving technical challenges and is eager to supervise and coordinate incident management and
utilise
knowledge accumulated from partnering with the Service Management team.

As our dedicated Incident Manager, you will be part of a company where ITIL operations are implemented and highly refined. This position offers the exciting opportunity of leading the coordination of major incidents between technical towers, and most of all, learning from them.
You will sharpen your skills with the support of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. With a background as an IT/Help Desk Specialist and ready for a new challenge,
you'll
navigate the intricacies of advanced ITIL processes, standing as a beacon of leadership and innovation during Escalations.
Key responsibilities:
Major Incident Coordination - Follow the operations, offering swift and effective Incident Management while enjoying the financial benefits of overnight shifts once a month.
Incident Process Coordination - Continually enhance processes and tools, demonstrating ITIL knowledge for operational
excellence
In-depth collaboration with other ITIL disciplines - Serve as a role model, sharing technical
know-how
and process-driven stance with the team.
You will bring:
Technical background as a PC technician/Help Desk Specialist and a profound understanding of ITIL processes.
Commitment to create a significant impact during Escalations, and a willingness to earn extra while working within an ITIL framework
that's
more developed than in many other companies.

Your new office
- This role can be based either in Weybridge (UK) or Lund (Sweden)
Based at the
Weybridge
