IT Service Desk - Team Lead London / Hybrid Up to £40,000
Austin Fraser are working with an independent health and care group delivering healthcare, social care, education and technology staff across the UK. They are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join this dynamic business. You will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote and client facing support, as well asmany opportunities to get involved with a range of technologies.
Required Skills and Experience: - Proven leadership experience - Microsoft 365 - Knowledge of service management tools e.g. Freshservice. - Excellent customer service - Hands on, can do approach
