I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Engineer to be based in Blackburn. This is an exciting position to work for a leading company which offers a fantastic career.
As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will be:
Working as part of a team providing 1st line IT Service Desk Support.
Responding to both telephone calls and emails
Solving problems from password resets to more complex issues requiring remote access
Documenting all interaction from customers
Technical Skills Needed:
Active Directory and Operating Systems
Remote Access support tools
Microsoft Software
Service Desk software for call logging
Networking principles
