As the IT School Engineer, you will have previous on-site and remote technical support experience to teachers and staff. The company will invest in your professional development, expand your skill set, attend workshops, and have the opportunity to shadow infrastructure engineers with the future progression towards infrastructure level.

The IT School Engineer will be responsible for hardware and software maintenance, covering windows servers and computers. Also safeguarding the school's infrastructure and network security.

Key Skills the IT School Engineer will have:

• Previous IT School/education experience (At least 6 months)
• Excellent experience with Windows servers (10/11)
• Proficient networking experience - Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches and firewalls
• Good experience with Security and anti-virus tools
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
