Job DescriptionDevelop and oversee the implementation of the IT risk management process.Ensure IT compliance with company and regulatory policies.Identify and evaluate technology risks, and plan mitigation strategies.Oversee and evaluate IT performance metrics.Coordinate with other departments to assess company-wide IT risks and compliance.Provide regular reports on IT risk and compliance activities.Develop and deliver training to increase IT risk and compliance awareness.Manage and mentor a team of IT risk and compliance professionals. The Successful Applicant A successful IT Risk & Compliance Manager should have:A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Extensive knowledge of IT risk management and IT compliance standards.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey IT risk and compliance strategies.A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
