Our IT recruitment client are currently going through an exciting stage of growth and are on the lookout for ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join them as a Delivery Consultant.

Position: Delivery Consultant

Location: Brentwood

Salary: �25,000 - �30,000 basic with realistic OTE of �60,000 in year 1

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday

What does a Delivery Consultant do?

• Manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement, while maintaining excellent relationships with your clients and candidates.


• Work closely with your clients to understand their hiring needs and build up a pipeline of candidates.


• Carry out strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns in order to find the best tech talent in the market.


• Develop a strong network of tech candidates.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in IT recruitment is essential, either as Delivery Consultant / Resourcer or 360 consultant.


• Knowledge of recruiting using a variety of sourcing strategies


• Ambitious, resilient, driven and passionate about the industry.


• Excellent client and candidate relationship skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
