The Opportunity:
Ellis Recruitment Group is seeking exceptional SAP and Oracle Specialist Recruitment Consultants to join our esteemed and award-winning IT Recruitment firm. We are searching for dynamic individuals ready to elevate their careers to new heights.

As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Cultivating and managing client and candidate relationships, providing guidance as needed.
Identifying future business opportunities and devising strategic growth plans.
Sourcing, recruiting, and head-hunting candidates to meet clients' hiring requirements.
Proactively generating new business leads.
Qualifying and following up on new business opportunities and sharing them with the team.
Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, with support from your colleagues.
Expanding your professional network within the market.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a 360 recruitment role (2+ years of experience).
Essential experience in recruiting within the IT Sector.
Demonstrated ability to win new business.
Proficiency in building and expanding an extensive candidate database.
Consultative approach with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Results-oriented mindset.
Tenacity, drive, and unwavering motivation to excel.
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
