IT Recruitment Consultant (Polish Speaking)
Location –Hybrid- Bristol
Salary - £25 - £32K (DOE) plus Benefits
HEAT Recruitment are expanding our Digital and Tech offering across the EU & UK and are looking to hire into the team. This division is centred around the growing markets in Software, Data, Digital, Project Management, Automation, RPA, and Intelligent Automation.

What we are ideally looking for:
Ability to speak Polish is essential
Business Development, client engagement and client management
Screening candidates to qualify their relevance for the client and the requirement.
Providing exceptional customer service to your clients and candidates
Build a solid knowledge base within the industry.
Advertise vacancies and conduct searches on appropriate websites.
Keep all records accurate and current on the recruitment database.
Grow the company database of candidates and clients.
Monitor candidate’s performance for future placement with clients.
Strong administration and good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - Phone and Written
Attention to detail is essential.
Professional telephone manner
Flexibility within the role
Customer focus
Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood.
