IT Project Manager – User Access Controls, IVR, Operating ModelsUp to £650pd (Inside IR35)Hybrid (1-2 days in London office) – Must be UK based6-month contractMy client is a leading Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Technology Project Manager with working knowledge of IVRs and User Access Control, in addition to, an understanding of Technology Operating Models / Support Models.Key Requirements:Proven Technology Project Management experience within a large, complex organisation.Prior experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and the ability to manage the delivery of the IVR plan.Experience with Tech Operating Models (Technology Operating Processes) / Support Models.Experience working with 3rd parties.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.Flexible approach to hybrid working.Nice to have:Previous application migration / decommissioning experience.Proven experience of setting up user access controls ensuring people have the right access at the right time.Insurance industry experienceImmediate availability #4564059 - David Dwamena
