IT Project Manager - User Access Controls, IVR, OP ModelsIT Project Manager - User Access Controls, IVR, Operating ModelsUp to £650pd (Inside IR35)Hybrid (1-2 days in London office) - Must be UK based6-month contractMy client is a leading Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Technology Project Manager with working knowledge of IVRs and User Access Control, in addition to, an understanding of Technology Operating Models / Support Models.Key Requirements:Proven Technology Project Management experience within a large, complex organisation.Prior experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and the ability to manage the delivery of the IVR plan.Experience with Tech Operating Models (Technology Operating Processes) / Support Models.Experience working with 3rd parties.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.Flexible approach to hybrid working.Nice to have:Previous application migration / decommissioning experience.Proven experience of setting up user access controls ensuring people have the right access at the right time.Insurance industry experienceHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
