IT Project Manager (12 Months)
Deliver a Streamlined Finance System!
Manage the entire finance system migration project, from planning to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, vendors) to define project scope and deliverables.
Coordinate migration activities (data, testing, user training) for a smooth transition.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
About You
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (finance system migrations a plus).
Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, on-time delivery).
Knowledge of finance systems, ERP platforms, and system migrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) with migration experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a benefit.
