They are a key interface into senior Business stakeholders, shaping high-level Business needs and ensuring their timely delivery in line with wider Business objectives and priorities. They are accountable for the performance of multiple IT Products, ensuring they make meaningful and continued improvements to overall performance. They interlock with multiple Business Application Owners, ensuring their roadmaps are aligned with the overall direction of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing IT Product StreamThey oversee an organisation of around 14-21 colleagues, of which 3 are direct reports. The Senior Planning, Procurement, and Logistics IT Product Managers reports into the Head of IT Product (Supply Chain & Manufacturing).To succeed you will need to:Partners with senior Business leaders to shape high-level Business requirements and define valuable IT Product strategies that are aligned to wider Business goals and priorities across Direct Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportaiton Managemnt, Logistics, and Trade Compliance.Manages multiple IT Product Owners in defining their IT Product visions and strategies; oversees the delivery of the IT Product roadmap and launch of valuable, robust, and secure solutions into the Business.Works with the Head of IT Product (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) and Portfolio function to qualify and manage the delivery of relevant Portfolio items.Acts as a key interlock with Business Application Owners, aligning their technology roadmaps against the overall vision and technical direction of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Product Stream.Oversees effective security, compliance, and risk management across each IT Product.Oversees the IT Product Owner in managing day-to-day IT Product activities, from backlog management, feature implementation, to value realisation.Acts as an escalation point for IT Product Owners and Business/IS stakeholders in relation to IT Product performance.Supports Solution Architects in shaping cross-IT Product solutions, ensuring IT Product Owners are effectively managing inter-IT Product dependencies to deliver larger, integrated solutions.Develops a continuous improvement culture, guiding IT Product Owners and wider IT Product teams to make meaningful improvements in overall IT Product performanceYour experience will include:Comprehensive experience managing IT delivery from requirements elicitation to code deployment, demonstrated by c.8 years relevant industry experience.Proven track record in overseeing the definition and execution of valuable IT Product strategies, realising tangible benefits for the Business.Deep experience in concurrently overseeing multiple IT Product teams across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements elicitation through to release.Expertise in relevant functional domains: Direct Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportaiton Managemnt, Logistics, and Trade Compliance.Experience in relevant applications, including: SAP ECC Materials Management, SAP ECC Quality Management, SAP ECC APO, SAP ECC Logitics, SAP ECC Inventoy Management, SAP ECC Logistics, SAP ECC Warehouse Management.Evidencend ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior Business stakeholders (VP, VP-1), translating their high-level requirements into workable solutions.Proficient in conveying complex technology ideas to non-conversant audiences.Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing IT Product use cases and determining their associated value.Very strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders, aligning on competing priorities and guiding Business teams on the feasibility of requests vs. technology constraints.Strong understanding of IT Product performance measures and metrics, with evidenced ability to improve overall Product performance (e.g., defect rate, downtime, team productivity).Highly experienced team leader that is able to effectively manage small to medium IT delivery teams.Knowledgeable in the practical application of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum), with demonstrable experience of upskilling teams in Agile.In return we offer you:The opportunity to implement best in class, leading IS solutions across a global organisation.Working for a fast-growing technology and market leader, as part of the Atlas Copco Group.Independent work with a global motivated team and experienced management colleagues.Competitive employee incentives through corporate benefits.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
