We are currently seeking a proficient IT Procurement & Asset Manager to join our dynamic IT division. This role will be pivotal in managing the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services, while also overseeing the lifecycle management of IT assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT procurement, asset management, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Develop and execute efficient procurement strategies for IT equipment, software, and services. Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising on quality and compliance.
Asset Management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal. Ensure accurate tracking and effective management of assets throughout their lifecycle.
Vendor Management:
Foster and maintain robust relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Manage contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure vendors consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Compliance and Reporting:
