we are looking for person who can manage day to day operational management. This is not a technical role but a coordinator Profile, experience in IT Infrastructure is required.
Managing the external suppliers and providing oversight of all the operational requirements
skill set :
review daily ticket performance with supplier
chase up on incident / service request escalations
maintain contract renewal list
verify cmdb data
assist with IT disposal activities
