Salary up to £45,000 plus up to 10% Bonus

Company Overview:
I am currently assisting a well valued client of mine located in the Warrington area that are seeking to add to their Operations / Desktop Team. They are dedicated to delivering a professional and polished service and a range of different products to their clients with the customers journey at the forefront of their work.

Opportunity:
My client is looking to expand their team and seeking a versatile and experienced IT Operations Analyst that has impeccable desktop and leadership skills to join them in their Warrington office. This role offers a chance to contribute to their dynamic environment and grow alongside them. The vision is that this individual with be a key member of the team assisting to embed and grow a ITIL based internal IT service management system and offering a wealth of experience to the more junior members of the team.

Essential Skills:
Ability to stay up to date and managing incidents through a ticketing system
Remarkable problem solving and attention to detail skills with a desire to assist users where they can to ensure all incidents are rectified
Experience working with Windows 10/11, AWS and Azure
Significant experience working with a trouble shooting support based environment
Microsoft 365 and ITIL related certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities:
Vast and Demonstrable knowledge within Microsoft 365 administration including Active Directory and Automate Active Directory
Experience within managing IT asset inventory using tooling's provided and taking ownership of the Endpoint Device Estate ensuring all assets remain compliant
Assisting the Head of IT to embed ITIL based ethos throughout their current processes within the IT Service Management Systems
Mobile Device Management for Apple and Android handsets as well as experience working with Dell and Apple desktop systems
Acting as the primary point of contact on the IT Service Desk with the ability to lead from the front coaching more junior members of staff along the way
