About the Role
This role is a 10 week internship (based on business need) based in our London office, with the requirements of the successful candidate to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week. The role is a full-time role, 5 days per week Mon - Fri
.
This role has come about to join the IT Operations team within our Technology function, Supporting the business by dealing with internal staff IT issues from Hardware to managing Active Directory and helping developing solutions to streamline Operational processes.
You will be responsible for (not limited to):
Be the first point in contact for internal staff to assist in dealing with local hardware issues and access request.
Buiklding processes to automate onboarding via PowerShell scripting.
Managing Active Directory
Azure, Windows, Mac iOS, DOS commands to troubleshoot.
Administrating Office 365 and various SaaS based applications for access.
Core Objective for the programme.
Using our current platforms for Active Directory (Jumpclould), Azure for office and Bamboo HR we would require you to build an automated process for onboarding and offboarding employees and devices.
About You
We’re looking for an undergraduate/ master student or graduate with a good working knowledge andwho is ready to lead by example and is used to rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and meet the following criteria:
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in computer science or relevant IT experience.
Understands Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft O365 and PowerShell.
Comfortable working remotely and working with staff to resolve issues.
Understanding of networking protocols
Interest in technology and innovation
Atlassian Products for Administration (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket)
Jumpcloud - AD in the cloud
