This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company with flexibility on location and exciting projects to work on.In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and management of a robust network infrastructure across multiple UK locations. You'll collaborate with managed network suppliers and ensure the smooth operation of data networks. Your strategic vision will help shape network-related projects and support business growth.Key Duties:Design and implement a resilient and secure network infrastructureMonitor network performance and resolve issues promptlyManage DNS records and oversee domain migrationsManaging relationships with third-party vendorsProvide 3rd line technical support for network-related escalationsIdentify and address legacy technology to improve network performanceKey Skills and Experience:Strong knowledge of CISCO and Fortinet technologiesExperience with networking technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPLSProven track record of successfully delivering IT network projectsExperience managing network integrations during acquisitions and leading successful migrationsDemonstrated experience in domain management and handling DNS configurations, including setting up, migrating, and maintaining DNS recordsExperience in incident management, with a strong background in providing third-line support for resolving escalated network issuesProactive problem-solving and effective communication skillsDesirable: Networking certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP) or other equivalent qualifications, experience in financial services, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)Joining this established and growing business means you're stepping into a dynamic environment with a competitive salary of up to 70,000, an excellent benefits package, and great opportunities for career progression.
