IT Manager - Hybrid - London - eCommerce/Retail Permanent
Every Cloud are currently seeking an IT Manager for a fast paced, global, and quite unique eCommerce brand / retailer based in London. This is a hybrid position, that is predominantly remote.
Your role will include
Working closely with the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Evaluation and Optimization of the Technology Stack
Assessment and Improvement of IT Processes and Operations
Implementation and monitoring of security practices and protocols
Continuation and development of the culture of continuous improvement
Experience required
Proven IT Management, with a focus on IT Operations and collaborating effectively with MSPs
Knowledge of cyber security and data governance
Knowledge of Multi Factor Authentication, Single Sign on, Microsoft 365 and JIRA
Strong understanding of ITIL best practice and processes
