IT Infrastructure Support Analyst - Permanent, up to £40,000 - London, Hybrid
An Infrastructure Support Analyst is sought for a major internal asset management company based in London. You will assist in ensuring that the IT Infrastructure within your region is operating in line with the agreed standards, policies, and guidelines.
***This role involves out of hours on-call per shift rota***
Responsibilities:

• General BAU IT support for internal IT Infrastructure ie. Network, desktop, telephony infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and ensure that high priority incidents are escalated to relevant senior IT personnel.
• Conduct daily operational checks, identifying and resolving any issues detected.
• Prioritise incoming email, telephone, voicemail and in person request for support from users experiencing IT issues.
• Log all changes in the defined changed control system, whilst gaining the approval before proceeding with the change.

Experience/Skills required:

• Previous experience of infrastructure support within career.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Stack; Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DHCP, TCP/IP, ANS
• Working experience with Microsoft end user technologies & operating systems
• Experience of working within ITIL framework
• AWS, Azure knowledge
• Supporting/administering Office 365 environment
