I am looking for a motivated Junior IT Service Desk Administrator to join one of my biggest clients. This role is ideal for someone with little IT support experience or a graduate with relevant studies or internships. You'll provide first-line technical support and assist users with hardware and software issues.
Respond to IT service desk tickets.
Assist users via phone, email, or in-person.
Set up and maintain computers and peripherals.
Manage user accounts and passwords.
Support software installations and updates.
Due to the on-site requirement You must have a UK driving licence and own a Car/Motorcycle.
Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Little experience in IT support or relevant internship.
Basic knowledge of networking and hardware.
