Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing East Midlands based Managed Service Provider, who due to continued success and ongoing expansion, are currently seeking a technically astute, hands-on, and customer focused IT Helpdesk Manager to join their technical team.

In return, the successful candidate can expect to receive a competitive salary of up to c£50,000, plus an annual bonus, pension scheme, 33 days holiday, access to new devices and equipment, and internal training courses with genuine room for further career progression.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day running of the IT Support team (including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support) being on hand to deal with any escalated issues or queries
Ensure the team are maintaining up to date application management systems
Manage the end-to-end process of the incident management life cycle
Chair team meetings to outline product delivery roadmaps and set objectives
Identify coaching needs within the team and create/deploy training sessions
Conduct annual appraisals and quarterly performance reviews with the team
Issue holidays and deal accordingly with absences
Ensure policies and procedures are in place in adherence with legal compliance regulations and legislation, relating to GDPR, cyber security and quality assurance standards
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable line and performance management experience, with the ability to inspire a team
Proven hands-on 1st, 2nd and 3rd line fix capabilities
Formal IT qualification or similar field desirable
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Up to date working knowledge of legal and compliance legislation
Effective one to one coaching abilities
