Our client are a leading provider of field maintenance and installation services, specialising in Retail and QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) environments. The dedicated team is committed to delivering top-notch solutions to their clients, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Field Engineers to join the team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in performing field maintenance and installation tasks, with a focus on Retail and QSR environments. The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid skill set, including proficiency in 1st/2nd fix data cabling, EPOS and IT hardware/kiosk installations, basic software skills, and hold a CSCS/ECS card.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field maintenance and installation tasks in Retail and QSR environments.
• Conduct 1st/2nd fix data cabling.
• Carry out EPOS hardware/kiosk installations.
• Demonstrate basic software skills as required.
• Hold a CSCS/ECS card.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
• Utilise power tools such as grinder, impact driver, SDS drills.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional overnight shifts.
• Provide weekend cover on a rotational basis (1 in 6).
• Work on ladders and potentially in enclosed spaces.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary circa £29k, rising to £31k after a 3-month probation period.
