IT Engineer - Bristol

Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Bristol based organisation with their search for a IT Engineer to join their fantastic team.
As an ICT Engineer you will take the lead on the resolution of issues regarding, and proactive maintenance of the organisations server infrastructure and core network
This is a site based role where you will be delivering hands on technical support face to face to all employees.
This role is offering a salary ranging £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on level of experience, 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays and a company pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Complete root-cause analysis of critical issues to ensure resolution and recurrence, escalating to the ICT Services Manager where required
Support junior members of the department by delivering first line support where required
To log critical hardware and software issues with third parties for resolution where appropriate
Assist the ICT Services Manager with the implementation of technical developments
Identify areas of development or efficiency gains, with regards to recurring technical issues
What we are looking for:
Prior experience mentoring junior team members
Technical knowledge across Microsoft Office 365 + Windows 10
Technical knowledge across Active Directory
Technical knowledge across Azure
Clear and professional communication skills - verbal and written
Please note due to the nature of this role you will be required to be fully onsite Monday to Friday.
