IT Education Field Engineer – supporting schools in the London area– up to £30,000 DOE + private health and pension.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who can talk to a person as well as a computer. We are looking for a 2 nd
line Engineer
You may have been or currently are an engineer on a school site and can therefore ‘talk school’ and be familiar with the apps that schools use.
Your main responsibilities will be client facing with the school stakeholders, conducting quarterly reviews, doing basic fixes, triaging tickets to the Help Desk and making sure that they are handled and prioritised accordingly.
We are not looking for someone that knows everything about servers, networks and switches as we have this expertise elsewhere in our group of companies to draw on when required.
In terms of career path, you might want to go into architecture, consultancy, senior support or management which are all available if you have these aspirations and capabilities.
