Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing Midlands-based IT Services Provider, who due to continued success and ongoing expansion are currently seeking a customer-centric IT professional to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will hold strong technical knowledge in order to discuss solution-led offerings to clients, having ideally worked for an IT support provider or similar. The role involves meeting clients throughout the Midlands, so a full UK driving licence is required.
In return, the successful candidate can expect to receive a competitive salary of c£40,000, plus additional employee benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Offer solution-led consultancy into products and services for clients, including potential opportunities to upgrade services
Arrange and attend regular meetings on site with existing clients across the Midlands
Identify gaps with client offerings to improve service
Handle inbound enquiries through making contact and discussing potential solutions
Skills & Experience
Good technical knowledge with the ability to consult clients
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
Previous experience within MSP environment desired but not essential
Full UK driving licence essential
