IT Change Manager

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an IT Change Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Leamington Spa.
Reporting into the Head of Solutions and Delivery, the IT Change Manager will facilitate and guide the Solution and Delivery team, assisting them in achieving objectives while remaining compliant to process controls and standards.
We would like you to:
Provide specialist advice and being responsible for the approval, prioritisation and refusal of change requestsAttend CAB and planning meetings to represent change management and address any roadblocksFoster a culture of change management awareness and compliance across the organizationEnsure that change management documentation is updated and accessible to relevant stakeholdersProvide training and guidance to IT teams, stakeholders, and business units on change management best practicesContinually seek improvements in the Change process and report on progress/success of improvement actions
We would like you to have:
Demonstrable experience of managing complex Changes including Cloud infrastructure, and microservicesDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional work teams to achieve successful ChangesProven versatility in using a variety of tools to manage Changes e.g. JIRA, agile/Kanban boards and Microsoft Project etc.Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycleFormal training in Agile Project ManagementITIL qualification in Change Management
