IT Change and Transition Manager

JOB TITLE:
IT Change and Transition Manager (PERMINENT)
LOCATION: Swindon, Wiltshire
SALARY:
£40,000 - £54,000 per annum
Benefits include 10% pension scheme payments, 7.5% bonus plus income protection.
WOW:
Hybrid role, two days in the office per month
THE BUSINESS:

THE IT Change and Transition Manager OPPORTUNITY:
Making sure that change policy and process is adhered to correctly and to a high level.
Running technical assessment and the change advisory board.
Running ECABs where applicable.
Monitoring process change in an effective and efficient way.
Producing management reports for analysis.
Troubleshooting operational issues and using these to improve the process.
Using best practice Service framework.
Create training and support documentation for IT service, to offer them support in the new operational system.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
Using CSI to limit risk.
ITIL foundation certificate.
Applicable knowledge of IT change management.
Fantastic people and communication skills, both oral and written.
Produce accessible reports from complex information.
High level of organisational skills.
Experience as a change manager.
