Job DescriptionIT Change Analyst / IT transformation – Remote - £30,000 - £40,000 DoEWe are urgently looking for an IT Change analyst to join an IT Service Operations Team. You will work daily with passionate and dedicated individuals ensuring you deliver great customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Provide support and guidance to change to help navigate the change process effectively.Confidence to challenge when required standards are not met and to identify when conflicts may arise within the change.Reviewing change requests to ensure they meet the organisations policy.Identify time schedules for changes.Working with the Change Advisory BoardWhat would we like to see in you?
