Position Overview: Join our Enterprise IT team to deliver cutting-edge technology for patient services. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Australia, and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT Business Analyst tasks throughout the lifecycle of critical IT projects.
Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and support testing.
Develop high-quality deliverables and documentation.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Analyze operational services and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in strategic product planning and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Commercial, Patient Services, and related functions in Biotech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with IT software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce.com and GxP projects is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
