Optoma was established in 1997 and currently employs around 140 employees across Europe, with the majority of these operating from our headquarters in Hemel Hempstead, UK.RemunerationWorking for Optoma, you can expect a competitive salary with additional corporate benefits such as medical insurance, dental cover, pension and up to 30 days holiday per year - subject to service requirements.Job DescriptionWith a dual reporting structure to both the IT Director and CFO/CEO (TBC) the role will understand both the Optoma business strategy and IT technology roadmaps.The role facilitates engagement with business stakeholders to ensure the operational and developmental needs of the business are fed through the IT Delivery function. The role will enable effective resource planning and prioritization to align with overarching business strategy.Actively manage relationships and effective communication with stakeholders, gathering holistic information to understand business needs and translate into detailed business requirements scope. Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders to assess and promote understanding of needs for future changes in services, products and systems and also attend appropriate business meetings and management forums to understand the varying needs of the business area and raise any potential impacts.PurposeThe IT Business Partner / Intelligence Manager represents the ears, eyes and voice of the business within the Optoma EMEA operational organisation.Candidate SpecificationSupporting the Drive for the IT Delivery & Project Management team to execute timely completion of development, enhancing the IT & technology value chain.Take a proactive approach in business intelligence insights to the key stakeholders within the business. Identify new & innovative approaches to business planning, analysis and reporting within the team to create value for the organization.Develop, monitor and maintain accurate, reliable management information through effective reporting to the company’s requirements, being innovative in taking the management information beyond user expectations.The ideal candidate will have:Strong communication skills within a commercial environmentExperience in supporting business development activities, including collaboration with various stakeholders on process and data requirementsExposure to the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis and designExperienceBusiness planning, analysis and reportingDeveloping software requirementsWritten and verbal communications, being able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively them.Knowledge of system configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deploymentResponsibilitiesProcess design and delivery of complex Business Change Requests and projectsHigh Level and Details requirements specification and documentationServe as a subject matter expert on items related to planning, analysis and reporting within the team to create value for the organization.Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring governanceHow to applyTo apply for this vacancy please email your CV and a covering letter to #####
