IT Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, effectively building relationships and providing consultative support, ensuing high retention and net revenue growth.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer, including a basic salary up to £55k with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £90k. In addition, our client offers a company car, mobile phone, laptop, generous pension scheme, Perkbox discount programme, free flu vaccinations and free eye tests.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understating of client’s business models in order to tailor solutions
Travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events and conferences
Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations
Handle own internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports and sales pipeline forecasting
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar customer facing role in the IT sector
Rounded software and hardware knowledge including, but not limited to cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365 and network technologies
Target orientated with the ability to tailor technical solutions for specific client requirements
Full UK driving licence essential
