IT Business Coach

Job DescriptionIT Business CoachLocation: London – Remote (4 days per year in office)Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + annual bonus of up to £1,500An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client to join our ever-growing team of coaches. As an IT Business Coach, your primary responsibility will be coaching and developing apprentices through the ICT Apprenticeship Standards while tracking, supporting, and driving their progression through the apprenticeship journey. You will collaborate with employers to develop plans for on-programme and end-point assessments, assessing apprentices' progress in knowledge, skills, and behaviours.Responsibilities:· Motivate and encourage learning and development in apprentices· Collaborate with employers and apprentices to plan projects and tasks· Record and report activity · Provide feedback for summative portfolios meeting Ofsted and apprenticeship standards· Prepare apprentices for end-point assessments· Embed Maths and English Functional skills into coaching sessions· Deliver topics related to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities, etc.· Complete coaching reports and formal reviews· Coach apprentices in business skills and personal development· Problem solve and produce solutions to learning barriers· Communicate effectively with management and apprenticeship teams· Develop new training methodologies to impact learning· Ensure the company is perceived as a high-quality provider of Apprenticeship solutionsYou will be:· Highly motivated, persuasive, positive, and patient· Professional with excellent communication skills· Team player with good initiative and adaptability· Experience in learner/employee development· Knowledge of ICT apprenticeship standards or relevant industry experience· Assessor qualification such as TAQA, A1, or suitable IT degree (desirable)· Relevant IT Vendor qualifications (desirable)If you're passionate about coaching and developing future IT professionals, and meet the above requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
